Module 1 · Your first days

Boot the CLI, render Shopify data into templates, branch on truthiness, iterate arrays, compose with assigns. The daily working vocabulary every senior Shopify dev types without thinking.
Module 2 · Your first real PR

Read the data Shopify hands every template: product, variant, collection, cart, customer. Plus metafields, and the judgment call of when to define one instead of hard-coding a value.
Module 3 · Architecture week

Sections, theme blocks, snippets, templates, schemas, app blocks, layouts, color schemes: the full Horizon architecture story. Includes the first AI-output review lessons.
Module 4 · Big feature ship
27 lessons · all live
Cart drawer, collection filtering, predictive search, free-shipping bar, real interactive features built on a client-side Shopify storefront engine. The work agencies bill four figures for, ending in a real staging ship with the Shopify CLI.
Module 5 · Apps & custom data
49 lessons · all live
When to reach for an app instead of a theme edit. The GraphQL Admin API, metaobjects, Shopify Functions, webhooks, checkout and customer-account UI extensions, and modeling custom data for B2B, markets and subscriptions.
Module 6 · Launch week

Launch readiness: defensive code, accessibility, performance, theme check, debugging in production, hosted customer accounts. The skills a senior dev gets called for at 4pm on a Friday, ending in a capstone storefront.

A path is not a module and it is not Module 7. It sits beside the six: one real thing, built end to end on your own Shopify store, taken whenever you are ready rather than in curriculum order.
Path · Build one real app

You build a single real app, a bundle app, on your own Shopify development store: scaffold and install it, model bundle data as variant metafields, drive it from your app’s own Admin GraphQL routes, build the embedded admin UI, then write the cart transform Function that actually merges the bundle. Claude Code and Shopify’s Dev MCP are part of the method from Arc 2 on, including the lesson on catching the generated code that fails quietly.
Graded against your own store and your own local code, not a sandbox. Store checks run through the Admin GraphQL API; local checks run through our CLI on your machine.

Standalone how-to articles (free-shipping bar, review stars, cart-drawer animations), indexed for search and useful even if you never take a lesson.
Per-lesson tone tuning, multi-turn conversations, optional voice mode. The current mentor is a single-shot nudge; v2 is a real conversation partner during a lesson.
Agency / studio plan: seat-based pricing, an admin dashboard, per-team progress reporting. For agencies onboarding junior Shopify devs at scale.
